Monday 22nd February 2010  saw the first Torrevieja Linedancing Competition at The Lounge Bar, Torrevieja.  It was a resounding success and, if you want to see photos from the event, click here.

When I first moved to the Costa Blanca I struggled to find a line dancing class and had to travel quite a long way to find one.  Now, there are two or three classes or events most days all within a few miles of the Torrevieja area.

The line dancing community is very committed and very friendly and welcoming to newcomers so no-one needs to be nervous if going along for the first time. 

With this site I hope to keep you informed on everything going on in the line dancing circuit in the Torrevieja area.
